Change of Mind Return

(1) Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase and products must be received at our warehouse within 50 days of the purchase date for a refund. Original shipping fees and return shipping fees cannot be refunded.

(2) Items must be in original brand new condition, unopened and have their original packaging, etc (if applicable) to qualify for a refund. Should the product not be in original condition, please Contact Us before returning it.

(3) We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.

Refunds: Your refund will be for the items, not for the postage costs. If your purchase was sent with free shipping, we will withhold the cost of the postage.

Exchanges: You will be responsible for the return postage to send the item back to OxygenLife and you may pay for postage again under our shipping policy.

Warranty Return

Please contact us if an item arrives damaged or seems defective. Provide the order reference number and detailed information regarding the damaged or defective product using Contact Us and we'll be happy to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
