OxygenLife is a small business based in Victoria, Australia.

All our stock is local stock storaged in Victoria, Australia.

Unfortunately, we are an online business at the moment and we don't have any storefront that you can visit. If we open a shop in the future, we will definitely keep you updated.

OxygenLife accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and AMEX), Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

In the case of failure to receive a confirmation email upon purchase kindly ensure your order payment is successful before making a report. To make a report, kindly provide us with any related payment details and documents (eg. payment receipt). We will assist you shortly. OxygenLife ships around Australia and countries all over the world, including the USA, UK, EU, New Zealand, etc. If you want to double check whether we ship to your country, please send an email to support@oxygenlife.com.au.

We're always working to get your orders on their way to you as quickly as we can. All orders will typically leave the warehouse in 1-2 business days. You'll get a notification when your order has started its journey so you can track its progress.

For orders shipping to Australian addresses, allow 3-7 business days for it to arrive. For addresses outside Australia, please allow 2-4 weeks for orders to arrive. For more detailed information, please check our shipping policy page.

We now send all our Standard and Express Post parcels with Safe To Leave authority, so Australia Post can do contactless deliveries. If you'd prefer the security of a signature, you can change the setting on your delivery through the AusPost app.

If you need to change your shipping address on your current order, please fill the contact form and let us know the new address you would like to change. Or you can send your request with your order number to support@oxygenlife.com.au.

Return should be initiated within 30 days of purchase and returned items must be in original brand new condition and have their original packaging. For more details, please see: Our Return Policy.
